The following rates are available only to established local business firms on the basis of space used within the calendar month. All advertising will be billed at the open rate. Discounts will be earned ONLY if the account is paid in full NOT LATER than the 10th of the month following billing. Advertising placed by new and/or out-of-town customers must be paid in advance until a satisfactory
credit rating is established.

Publisher’s Liability for Error: The Publisher shall not be liable for slight changes or typographical errors that do not lessen the value of an advertisement. The publisher’s liability for other errors or omissions in connection with an advertisement in any subsequent issue or refund of any money’s paid for the advertisement. Indemnification: The advertiser and/or advertising agency agrees to defend and indemnify the publisher against any and all liability, loss or expenses arising from claims of libel, unfair competition, unfair trade practices, infringement or trademarks, copyrights, trade names, patents or proprietary rights or violation of rights of privacy resulting from the publication
